Para los efectos previstos en el régimen de indemnizaciones o bonificaciones, el tiempo de servicio continuo se contabilizará a partir de la fecha de la última o la única vinculación del empleado con el Ministerio de Gobierno. Excepcionalmente se contabilizarán desde la fecha de la vinculación a un organismo distinto al Ministerio de Gobierno, si el funcionario hubiere sido incorporado a dicha Cartera por efecto de una reestructuración anterior.
