º El artículo 7º del Decreto 2407 de 1991, quedará así: Autopartes de producción nacional. Se consideran autopartes de producción nacional, para efectos del cómputo del porcentaje mínimo de integración de piezas nacionales, aquellas que incorporen por lo menos un cuarenta por ciento (40%) de valor agregado nacional. Las piezas o partes que no cumplan con el porcentaje de valor agregado nacional, serán consideradas como PNC., de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 3º del Decreto 2407 de 1991.
