A partir de la publicación, de la presente Ley, la Nación se asociará a dicha celebración con el apoyo financiero a través de esquemas de cofinanciación, según lo establecido en la Ley 60 de 1993 , de las siguientes obras de interés social en el Distrito Especial Marítimo y Portuario de Barranquilla:

Construcción de la Concentración Escolar de educación básica primaria "Alberto Pumarejo".

Construcción de la Sala Infantil "Alberto Pumarejo" en el Hospital Pediátrico de Barranquilla.
