º . Programas de ajuste. Aquellos servicios de vigilancia y seguridad privada que requieran más del tiempo fijado en el artículo 3º del presente decreto, para proceder a efectuar los ajustes de cuantías mínimas de patrimonio necesario, podrán solicitar al Superintendente que se convenga un programa de ajuste cuyo plazo no puede ser mayor a dos (2) años siguientes a la vigencia de esta disposición.
