Incapacidad o licencia. La incapacidad por enfermedad, riesgos laborales, y las licencias de maternidad o paternidad, son concedidas por la entidad competente, de conformidad con la ley de seguridad social integral y las normas que la reglamenten, modifiquen o adicionen.
