Art. 79. La manera de verificar los exámenes orales preparatorios será la siguiente: se tomará por el Rector, á la suerte, los números del programa de examen de cada curso, y sobre la tesis y proposiciones que á cada número correspondieren discurrirá el examinado por tolo el tiempo señalado á esta materia, haciendo en su exposición las aclaraciones que los examinadores le exigieren.
