Art. 218. En el espresado caso de avería, el Inspector de las bodegas permitirá, ademas, la apertura de los bultos para que se sequen las mercancías, i que se dé nuevo empaque a las que se hayan preservado; pero dará cuenta a la Aduana i al dueño del cargamento, del número de los bultos averiados i del peso que tengan las mercancías no averiadas.
