Objeto de la Comisión Intersectorial de Derechos Humanos y Derecho Internacional Humanitario. La Comisión Intersectorial de Derechos Humanos y Derecho Internacional Humanitario estará encargada de coordinar y orientar el Sistema Nacional de Derechos Humanos y Derecho Internacional Humanitario y será la instancia de definición, promoción, orientación, articulación, seguimiento y evaluación de la Política Integral de Derechos Humanos y Derecho Internacional Humanitario, y de respuesta e impulso al cumplimiento de los compromisos internacionales en esas materias.
