ARTICULO 11. DE LAS VACACIONES DE LOS SERVIDORES PUBLICOS QUE TIENEN JORNADA PARCIAL. Los empleados públicos y trabajadores oficiales que presten servicios en jornada parcial, tienen derecho al goce de vacaciones en los mismos términos de quienes laboran en jornada ordinaria. Se entiende por jornada parcial la que corresponde a un mínimo de cuatro (4) horas diarias.
