Requisitos para la operatividad de las prohibiciones. Para que las entidades sin ánimo de lucro previstas en el literal d) del numeral 2 del artículo 39 de la Ley 14 de 1983 puedan gozar del beneficio a que el mismo se refiere, presentarán a las autoridades locales la respectiva certificación con copia auténtica de sus estatutos.
