Art. l.° A contar del 1.° de Febrero próximo en adelante la tarifa telegráfica en los lugares donde circula moneda de 0'835, el porte de los telegramas será el siguiente: Las primeras diez palabras pagarán á $ 0-05 en moneda de plata, y de once en adelante á $ 0-10. Esta servirá de base para cobrar los sobreportes.
