Dentro del territorio de la República sólo podrán llevar el título de enfermeras y ejercer la profesión como tales, de acuerdo con su respectiva clasificación, las personas tituladas en Escuelas de Enfermeras cuyo plan de estudios haya sido o sea aprobado por la Universidad Nacional, o aquellas otras cuyo título haya sido reconocido por el Gobierno Nacional.
