Según lo establecido en el artículo 7 de la Ley 2062 de 2020, el "Fondo Bucaramanga 400 años" es una cuenta especial, sin personería jurídica, administrada por el Ministerio de Cultura como un sistema separado de cuentas. NOTA : En virtud del artículo 2 del Decreto 1733 de 2021, esta disposición tendrá vigencia hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2022.
