Cuando en interrogatorio de parte el absolvente, o en declaración de tercero el declarante, manifieste que el conocimiento de los hechos lo tiene otra persona, deberá indicar el nombre de ésta y explicar la razón de su conocimiento. En este caso el Juez si lo considera conveniente, citará de oficio a esa persona aún cuando se haya vencido el término probatorio.
