Los Administradores del Circuito de Hacienda Nacional nombrarán bajo su responsabilidad en cada cabecera de Municipio ó en los lugares en donde lo estimen conveniente, los Recaudadores Municipales de Hacienda Nacional del respectivo Circuito, y exigirán las fianzas de manejo, de acuerdo con el modelo publicado en el número 15 del Boletín de las Rentas reorganizadas.
