º. Traspaso de Bienes . Todos los bienes, activos, derechos y obligaciones de la Unidad para la Atención de Asuntos Indígenas, pasarán al Ministerio del Interior o a la Presidencia de la República, según las competencias legales correspondientes, realizando los actos que sean necesarios para el traspaso, los cuales no causarán derecho notarial y deregistro ni cargo adicional alguno.
