Se impondrá por la respectiva autoridad judicial multa de $ 500,00 a $ 2.000.00, convertible en arresto, a los que por medio de escritos o impresos vendidos o distribuidos, o expuestos al público, o en lugar público, auxilien, inciten o cooperen a la comisión o ejecución de un hecho contemplado como delito por la ley, aunque el auxilio, la incitación o cooperación no hayan dado resultado. Si el delito o delitos llegaren a cometerse o frustrarse, la sanción se duplicará.
