Para los efectos del numeral tercero del artículo anterior, la renuncia por los autores o herederos, a los derechos patrimoniales de la obra deberá presentarse por escrito y publicarse. Siempre y cuando esta renuncia no sea contraria a las obligaciones contraídas anteriormente.
