Para atender a la reconstrucción de la ciudad de Túquerres, destruida por los terremotos de 1935 y 1936, además de las medidas de que trata la Ley 115 de 1936 , el Gobierno podrá auxiliar a los damnificados con el total o parte del valor de las casas que por la presente Ley se ordena edificar. La adjudicación de dichas casas se someterá a las prescripciones generales de la Ley 115 de 1936 .
