Compras oficiales . Las entidades y establecimientos públicos nacionales, departamentales, intendenciales, comisariales y municipales, cuando adquieran los bienes y servicios que su acción en las Regiones Fronterizas demande, darán prelación a los proveedores que cumpliendo con los requisitos legales y estando en igualdad de circunstancias con otros proveedores, tengan el do micilio principal de sus negocios o empresas en las Regiones Fronterizas correspondientes.
