Para que se pueda dar cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior, se publicará en el periódico oficial del Departamento respectivo la lista de los Consejeros Municipales, principales y suplentes, con el número de votos válidos que cada uno hubiere obtenido y los mismo se hará cuando se trate de otras corporaciones a las cuales sean aplicables los dos artículos anteriores.
