Si la sentencia negare la cancelación demandada, en ella misma se impondrá al demandante la multa de quinientos pesos de que trata el artículo 21 de la Ley 62 de 1928, a favor del matriculado. Si se decretare la cancelación, ésta se llevará a efecto mediante una nota explicativa que se pondrá en el libro de matrícula correspondiente, y de ella se dará aviso al Ministerio de Gobierno, para que éste, por circular telegráfica, la haga conocer de las respectivas autoridades judiciales, administrativas y contencioso administrativas.
