ARTICULO 11 . El artículo 44 de los Estatutos Internos del Incora, quedará así: Articulo 44 . Reposición. Contra las providencias que dicte el Gerente General del Instituto sólo procede el recurso de reposición. Cuando se trate de resoluciones que han sido aprobadas por la Junta Directiva, el recurso de reposición deberá interponerse ante el Gerente General, pero el acto administrativo que lo resuelva se someterá también a la aprobación de la Junta Directiva.
