El inciso primero del artículo 1º del Decreto 2048 de 1996 quedará así: "Los préstamos que se otorguen mediante el sistema de tarjetas de crédito tendrán un plazo máximo de 24 meses y se financiarán en el correspondiente período hasta por el valor total de cada utilización, en cuotas mensuales uniformes".
