Designación de otro calificador. Cuando el calificador se retire de la entidad sin haber efectuado la calificación o la evaluación de sus empleados éstas serán realizadas por su inmediato superior, o por el funcionario que reemplace al calificador, o por el empleado que designe el Procurador General de la Nación para tal fin.
