El personal técnico de la aviación tendrá derecho a pensión militar o sueldo de retiro en caso de invalidez absoluta o relativa en las mismas condiciones de los Oficiales de Guerra, según las leyes vigentes, y de acuerdo con las cuantías que determine el Gobierno tanto para la invalidez absoluta como para la relativa, al reglamentar esta Ley.
