º La Dirección Administrativa de la Superintendencia Nacional de Producción y Precios estará a cargo de un Superintendente quien la ejercerá con los reglamentos que dicte el Consejo Directivo. Además tendrá las funciones de Secretario del Consejo Directivo. El Superintendente será de libre nombramiento y remoción del Presidente de la República.
