Artículo séptimo. Los depósitos inmigratorios que no se reclamen dentro de los cuatro (4) años siguientes a la fecha de entrada al país del extranjero, entrarán a formar parte de los fondos comunes del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad (DAS). Igualmente ocurrirá en el caso de que el extranjero no reclame el depósito y se ausente del país por un término de dos años.
