Medidas especiales para la presentación de los Exámenes de Estado. Las instituciones autorizadas para practicar pruebas de validación y el Instituto Colombiano para la Evaluación de la Educación, deberán tomar las previsiones en cuanto acceso a las mismas y a los apoyos y recursos necesarios para permitir a las personas con limitaciones la presentación de dichas pruebas, atendiendo sus códigos y lenguajes específicos comunicativos y sus necesidades particulares.
