Tendrá dicho Ministerio á su cargo los Ramos de la Administración Pública que le estaban adscritos cuando se expidió el mencionado Decreto, y su personal será el mismo que en la actualidad sirve los Ramos expresados, de suerte que no haya otro aumento que el del Ministerio respectivo.
