º. El artículo 410 del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo quedará así: Artículo 410. Justas causas del despido. Son justas causas para que el Juez autorice el despido de un trabajador amparado por el fuero

La liquidación o clausura definitiva de la empresa o establecimiento y la suspensión total o parcial de actividades por parte del patrono durante más de ciento veinte (120) días, y

Las causales enumeradas en los artículos 62 y 63 del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo para dar por terminado el contrato.
