° Para los Viceministros, Subjefes de Departamentos Administrativos, Superintendentes, Presidentes, Gerentes, Directores Generales o Rectores, Secretarios Generales de Ministerios y Departamentos Administrativos y Superintendentes Delegados, podrán autorizarse viáticos diarios hasta de sesenta y cinco dólares estadinenses para el cumplimiento de comisiones oficiales en el exterior. Cuando se trate de cumplir comisiones dentro del territorio nacional, se les podrá asignar una suma diaria de trescientos cincuenta pesos.
