Art. 2.° También se autoriza al Gobierno para que, de acuerdo con la respectiva autoridad eclesiástica, pueda disponer que en los establecimientos de castigo y demás casas de corrección de la República, se den enseñanzas morales, ya sea por las hermanas del Buen Pastor, ó por cualquiera otra Consagración religiosa, dictando para los efectos los reglamentos del caso.
