Art. 6º El Gobierno establecerá, por medio del Ministerio de Guerra, un cordón militar entre la Sabana de Bogotá, Girardot y el Espinal, para dar seguridad especial á las personas, cargamentos y bagajes que transiten por esa vía. El Ministerio de Guerra queda autorizado para organizar la fuerza de que trata este artículo, la cual se denominará Policía Comercial, y tendrá una composición análoga á la de la Policía Nacional.
