Art. 9º Los Jefes de Sección arreglarán las desavenencias que ocurran por razón del servicio entre sus respectivos subalternos, y los motivos de queja que tengan éstos de aquéllos deberán ser puestos en conocimiento del Subsecretario, quien arreglará las diferencias ó dará parte al Ministro, según el caso.
