Para atender al gasto de que trata el artículo anterior, destinase la suma de cinco mil pesos ($5.000), que se entregara al Concejo Municipal de ciénaga.

Esta partida se considerara incluida en el Presupuesto de gastos, tan pronto como la situación del Tesoro Nacional lo permita.
