Cuando se haga el endoso de un documento extendido en papel de vigencia pasada, tal diligencia empezara en aquel papel y deberá terminarse y firmarse en papel de la vigencia en curso al tiempo de ser extendida. Lo mismo deberá hacerse al extender la diligencia de registro de instrumentos públicos o privados que deban estar provistos de aquella formalidad.
