Los permisos que se concedan de acuerdo con el articulo anterior, lo mismo que aquellos que se otorguen de conformidad con lo prescrito en el articulo 9º del Decreto número 66 de doce de enero del año en curso, son esencialmente revocables y podrán retirarse cuando el Gobierno lo estime conveniente, en cualquier tiempo.
