La Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero, las sociedades de economía mixta y las empresas industriales y comerciales del Estado que tengan por objeto las operaciones de seguros y reaseguros podrán establecer programas de reaseguros que permitan ofrecer el seguro agropecuario según las pautas determinadas por el Gobierno Nacional para su desarrollo.
