Con el objetivo de servir de instrumento financiero para la restitución de tierras de los despojados y el pago de compensaciones la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Gestión de Restitución de Tierras Despojadas contará con el Fondo de que trata la Ley 1448 de 2011, sin personería jurídica, ni estructura administrativa, ni planta de personal, adscrito a la Unidad.
