De las diligencias de remate se formará expediente que será suscrito por el Gerente o quien lo haya representado, por la persona que lo haya verificado, por el comprador de la mercancía, por el propietario de la misma o su representante y por el Auditor Fiscal de la Zona o un delegado. En caso de que el propietario o su representante se negare a firmar, se dejará constancia en el acta respectiva. CAPITULO X Responsabilidades de la Zona .
