De conformidad con lo dispuesto en los artículos 3º., 138º. y 183º. de la Ley 115 de 1994, el presente reglamento se aplicará a los establecimientos educativos estatales creados por virtud de una Ley o de Acto Administrativo expedido por la Nación, los departamentos, los distritos o los municipios y financiados con recursos del situado fiscal o de las respectivas entidades territoriales.
