LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 131. Las personas que han venido prestando el servicio de radiodifusión sonora sin sujeción a las disposiciones legales vigentes sobre la materia, podrán solicitar al Ministerio de Comunicaciones, dentro de los sesenta (60) días siguientes a la fecha de publicación del presente Decreto, la iniciación del procedimiento de selección objetiva para prestar el servicio en el municipio o distrito donde han venido operando.

Para el efecto, el Ministerio de Comunicaciones tendrá en cuenta el estudio de disponibilidad de frecuencias, los criterios previstos en el Plan General de Radiodifusión Sonora y demás requisitos establecidos en el presente Decreto.
