Serán jueces competentes para los efectos de este Título, los civiles del Circuito de Bogotá, y entre éstos, aquel o aquellos que el Tribunal Superior de Bogotá deberá designar, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 13 de la Ley 16 de 1968.
