Vigencia y derogatorias. El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación y deroga los Decretos números 2788 de 2004, 4714 de 2008, 2645 de 2011 y 2820 de 2011, la Resolución número 1887 de 2007 y las demás normas que le sean contrarias.
