FACULTAD DE EXPEDICIÓN DE BONOS PENSIONALES. De conformidad con lo previsto en el

Parágrafo 1

o del artículo 279 de la Ley 100 de 1993, la Empresa Colombiana de Petróleos (Ecopetrol) está facultada para recibir y expedir bonos pensionales. Así mismo, está obligada a contribuir con las cuotas partes de bono pensional que le corresponda cuando a ello hubiese lugar. (Decreto 807 de 1994, artículo 3 o )
