º. De los principios que orientan el régimen disciplinario. El régimen disciplinario previsto en este Decreto es de naturaleza administrativa. La interpretación de sus normas se hará con referencia al Derecho Administrativo, de preferencia a cualquier otro ordenamiento jurídico y su aplicación deberá sujetarse a los principios de economía, celeridad, eficacia, imparcialidad, publicidad y contradicción que orientan toda actuación administrativa, de conformidad con lo previsto en el Código Contencioso Administrativo.
