º: En el memorial e información de testigos de que trata el artículo 2o. de la ley47 de 1926, sobre adjudicación de baldíos que no pasen de 20 hectáreas, deberá constar que el lote cultivado y el adyacente inculto forman un solo globo determinado por linderos arcifinios o por mojones. La alinderacion deberá referirse siempre a los puntos cardinales.
