Fuéra de los suplentes designados anteriormente, el Presidente de la Junta Directiva del Montepío, para suplir las faltas temporales ó accidentales de los otros miembros de ella, nombrará los que deban reemplazarlos, llamando Jefes Superiores del Cuartel General del Ejército, á fin de que la Junta funcione con regularidad y con el quorum reglamentario.
