Artículo noveno. La presentación extemporánea de los manifiestos de importación o de exportación será sancionada con una multa hasta de quinientos pesos (500.00) por cada día de retardo, a favor del fisco nacional, en las condiciones que por reglamento determine la Dirección General de Aduanas.
